Obv: Bust of Louis XIII (r) wearing armor, ruff and sash LVDOVIC. XIII D.G. FRANCOR. ET NAVARAE REX (Louis XIII, by the Grace of God, King of France and Navarre)
Rev: Bust of Anne of Austria (r). ANNA AVGVS GALLIAE ET NAVARAE REGINA (Anne, August Queen of France and Navarre) The Medal appears to have been Buried at some Point but is still in Very Fine Collectable Condition but the Clasp at the Top is damaged.
